How myTQM is built
A platform with its roots in care.
myTQM was built by people working in the care industry and the Strathclyde University Digital Leadership Programme in Glasgow. It uses the Scottish Approach to Service Design throughout, and it is mapped to the Care Inspectorate quality framework. Nothing here is adapted from another system or another country. Every product is evidence led and interoperable with the myTQM core, layer by layer.

CI Pack Generator
Inspection evidence assembled from live data and mapped to the Care Inspectorate quality indicators.
Inspection Readiness Score
A live quality indicator dashboard that shows a home how ready it is, in real time.
Commissioner Intelligence
A portfolio view that lets a Health and Social Care Partnership see every commissioned provider at once.
Benchmarking Network
Anonymised, consented benchmarking across providers, delivered through the Scottish Care Home Quality Network.
